## Description

**This opportunity is open exclusively to European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.**

  
A leading healthcare facility is seeking a **UK CCT-qualified Consultant General Surgeon** to provide comprehensive surgical care for adult patients. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of elective and emergency general surgical conditions, perform advanced surgical procedures, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and contribute to quality improvement, teaching, and clinical governance. The consultant will also supervise junior medical staff and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

-   Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
-   **UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Surgery.**
-   Full registration with the relevant medical council (e.g., GMC) and eligibility for specialist registration.
-   Fellowship or Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS or equivalent).
-   Minimum **2–5 years of post-CCT Consultant experience** preferred.
-   Expertise in elective and emergency general surgery; subspecialty experience (Upper GI, Colorectal, HPB, Breast, Endocrine, Trauma, etc.) is an advantage.
-   Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary team collaboration skills.
-   Commitment to clinical governance, research, teaching, and continuous professional development. Typical consultant appointments require CCT (or equivalent specialist registration), full professional registration, and evidence of higher surgical training
