Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Spanish-Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, with a paid relocation package available. This role involves providing expert cybersecurity support to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-quality assistance and guidance to protect their digital assets. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Offer exceptional cybersecurity customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues efficiently.
-   Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices and the effective use of security products.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges.
-   Keep updated with the latest trends, threats, and solutions in the cybersecurity field.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in customer support or cybersecurity roles is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience with CRM tools and customer support software.
