## Description

We're looking for a **driven Sales Representative** to join our **Christchurch hybrid site**, selling **stainless steel and aluminium** to a diverse customer base across the region.

This is a **hands-on, target-driven B2B sales role** — where success is measured by your ability to **win new business, grow existing accounts, and consistently hit revenue targets**. You'll be out in the market, building relationships, quoting jobs, and closing deals. **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm (40–45 hours/week)

_**What you’ll be doing**_

-   Identify and secure **new business opportunities** across Canterbury and the wider South Island
-   Manage and grow an **existing customer portfolio** in stainless and aluminium
-   Prepare accurate **quotes, costings, and proposals**
-   Deliver **sales presentations and tailored product solutions**
-   Monitor **market trends, pipeline, and upcoming projects**
-   Maintain a strong **sales pipeline and consistently hit targets**
-   Work closely with the internal sales, processing, and dispatch teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

**REQUIREMENTS**

-   3+ years B2B / external sales experience
-   Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
-   Experience with quoting, pricing, and margin management
-   Sales pipeline management and forecasting
-   Strong "hunter" mindset — confident at finding and winning new business
-   Full NZ driver's licence
-   Currently based in NZ or holding a valid NZ work visa
-   Willing to complete a pre-employment medical & drug screen
