### About the Team

This role sits within the CEO’s Office and works directly with Beam’s founder on the company’s highest-priority initiatives.

Working at the intersection of strategy, AI, and operations, you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to turn ideas into execution and help Beam move faster on the work that matters most. You’ll operate in a small, high-ownership environment where speed, judgment, and execution are valued over hierarchy.

### About the Role

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, your mission is to help drive Beam’s highest-priority initiatives and turn ideas into execution.

This role is for highly capable generalists who enjoy solving problems, moving quickly, and taking ownership. We are looking for someone with a strong get-it-done mentality who can communicate across all levels of the organisation and bring structure to ambiguous problems.

No two days will look the same. One week you may be preparing for investor meetings, the next driving a strategic internal initiative, supporting a key customer engagement, coordinating hiring efforts, or improving how the company operates.

You will work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives across Market Expansion, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Operations, and Growth.

### Responsibilities

-   Work directly with the CEO on Beam's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
-   Lead cross-functional projects from idea through execution, coordinating stakeholders and delivery.
-   Support decision-making through research, analysis, and clear recommendations.
-   Prepare presentations and materials for leadership, customer, and investor discussions.
-   Collaborate across teams to drive alignment and remove execution blockers.
-   Improve internal processes and use AI to increase speed and leverage.
-   Step into ambiguous or urgent problems and take ownership until they are resolved.

## Requirements

-   Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, founder's office, business operations team, or similar.

-   Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
-   Demonstrated ability to manage projects from idea through execution.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Comfortable working across multiple functions and disciplines.
-   Comfortable working independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
-   Strong ownership mentality with a bias to action.
-   AI-native and already using AI tools to improve the way you work.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience working directly with a founder or senior leadership team.
-   Experience in AI, automation, or B2B SaaS.
-   Experience building AI agents or workflow automations.
-   Familiarity with tools such as Notion, OpenAI, Perplexity, Replit, n8n, Make, or similar.
-   Previous experience in a Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or Business Operations role.
