**Home Health Aide / Companion Caregiver**

**Location:** Oreland, PA  
**Schedule:** Approximately 12 hours a day, including weekend and weekday availability, evening weekends mandatory

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented Home Health Aide/Companion Caregiver to provide support and companionship for an elderly client in Oreland, PA. The ideal candidate will be dependable, attentive, and committed to promoting the client's well-being, safety, and independence.

### 💰 **Salary**

**💵** Pay Rate is between $16-$20 dollars.

### 💛 **What You’ll Do**

**Requirements**

-   Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
-   Strong attention to detail is essential.
-   Physically able to walk up to three miles daily with the client.
-   Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
-   Prior caregiving, home health aide, or companion care experience preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work both **weekdays and weekends**.
-   Must be authorized to work in the United States.

**Schedule**

-   Approximately **12 hours a day**.
-   Weekend availability required.
-   Additional weekday hours available based on the family's needs.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent.
-   Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
-   Completion of a recognized training program for direct care workers or equivalent experience.
-   Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Empathetic and compassionate nature toward clients.
-   Ability to follow instructions and document care services accurately.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
