## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant / Specialist Spine Surgeon** with **UK CCT** to join our growing healthcare team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of patients with a wide range of spinal conditions, working within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions.
-   Perform appropriate spinal surgical procedures based on clinical expertise and approved privileges.
-   Manage patients throughout the pre-operative, operative, and post-operative phases.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical practice.
-   Work closely with orthopaedic, neurosurgical, radiology, rehabilitation, and other specialist teams.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
-   Participate in clinical governance, audits, and continuous quality improvement.

## Requirements

-   **UK CCT** in Orthopaedics or Neurosurgery.
-   Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in **Spine Surgery**.
-   Strong post-CCT experience in spine surgery.
-   Experience in managing complex and degenerative spinal conditions.
-   Eligible for **UAE medical licensing** (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
-   Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills.
-   Commitment to high standards of professional and patient-centred care.
