## Description

**Availability**: Must be amenable to start ASAP

**Work Setup:** Onsite (Makati)

**Responsibilities:**

-   Create, enhance, and manage dynamic business reports and insightful dashboards that drive informed decisions.
-   Delve into complex and extensive data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
-   Partner with diverse teams to capture reporting needs and ensure they align seamlessly with business goals.
-   Streamline reporting workflows through automation, boosting efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.
-   Ensure data integrity by meticulously validating accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
-   Communicate compelling findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, empowering data-driven decisions.

**Requirements:**

-   At least 12 months of Reporting and Data Analytics experience with a proven track record in showcasing strong expertise in the subject matter
-   Practical experience with leading BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms
-   With at least a college level education
-   Exceptional analytical abilities paired with a keen eye for detail
-   Excellent communication skills to effectively simplify complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

-   Willingness and ability to work onsite in Makati with flexible working hours
-   Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
