## Description

**Our client, a venture-backed B2B software startup, is hiring Client Solutions Associates to help scale its expert network and client impact.**

As part of the Client Solutions team, you'll sit on the front lines of connecting clients with the right subject matter experts through qualitative interviews. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll own research projects end-to-end, build relationships with both clients and experts, and help shape processes as the company grows.

You'll partner closely with product and engineering teams, translating real-time client feedback into platform improvements and helping refine the overall user experience.

### What You'll Do

-   **Client–Expert Matching:** Identify and recruit the right experts for client research needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction.
-   **Project Ownership:** Manage research projects from intake through expert sourcing, scheduling, and completion using internal networks and external outreach channels.
-   **Performance Tracking:** Monitor feedback and engagement to maintain a high-quality expert network and drive successful research outcomes.
-   **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Share frontline insights with product and engineering teams to continuously improve workflows and platform functionality.

## Requirements

-   0–4 years of professional experience (including strong new grads)
-   Undergraduate degree required
-   Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing environments
-   Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving ability
-   Growth-oriented, optimistic, and motivated by ambitious goals
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment

### Bonus Points

-   Prior startup experience
-   Customer success or client-facing background
-   Strong curiosity across industries and professional roles
-   Demonstrated leadership or initiative during college (clubs, TA roles, etc.)
