We’re looking for a motivated **Assistant Manager (ASM)** to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.

**What You’ll Do**

As an **Assistant Manager**, you’ll play a key role in the success of your store by:

-   **Leading & Supporting**: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
-   **Delivering Great Service**: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
-   **Managing the Store**: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
-   **Driving Efficiency**: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead.

-   **Experience**: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
-   **Skills**: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
-   **Flexibility**: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-   **Mobility**: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
