## Description

**Timesheet Management**

-   Manage and monitor the timesheet process, addressing issues promptly.
-   Ensure proper storage and maintenance of timesheets, both electronically and in hard copy.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**

-   Maintain employees’ Personal Files, ensuring accurate and updated documentation.
-   Prepare necessary paperwork for new personnel deployment, including Contracts of Employment and other employment forms.

-   Assist the HR Manager in the Stand Up/Ramp Down process for all employee data.

**HR Operations**

-   Ensure electronic filing and hard copy filing is always up to date.
-   Produce demand letters for CR Employees when required.
-   Liaise with local national employees on employee relations matters when necessary.

**Regulatory Compliance**

-   Keep the HR Manager informed of changes in HR regulations within FI & KRG regions.
-   Ensure compliance with HR regulations and professional representation of Control Risks.

**Confidentiality and Security**

-   Uphold confidentiality with sensitive information and implement security measures for data storage.

**Recruitment and Onboarding**

-   Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
-   Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring accurate completion of all required paperwork.

**Employee Record Management**

-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
-   Monitor and track employee leave, maintaining accurate records and timely communication.

**General HR Support & Additional Duties**

-   Respond to employees’ queries and provide general support.
-   Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

## Requirements

**Essential**

-   Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-   Proven experience in HR administration or similar roles.
-   Strong administrative and organizational skills.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
-   Understanding of labour laws, regulations, and HR compliance.
-   Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
-   Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Preferred**

-   Additional certifications in Human Resources.
-   Previous experience in multinational organizations.
-   Knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.
-   Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
-   Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
-   Familiarity with onboarding procedures and training coordination.

**Qualifications and Specialist Skills**

-   Recruitment Support: Coordination of job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
-   Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitation of onboarding processes, including documentation and training coordination.
-   Employee Record Management: Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
-   Conflict Resolution: Basic understanding of conflict resolution principles.
-   Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and ability to navigate cultural differences.
-   Timesheet Management: Managing and monitoring of timesheet processes.
