## Description

We are seeking **Team Leaders** who are professional, respectful, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills. You will support team performance and development, foster a positive work environment, and ensure your team consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.

-   Foster and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues by consistently demonstrating professionalism, respect, and maturity;
-   Promote effective teamwork by encouraging constructive, professional, and respectful interactions among all team members;
-   Proactively enhance the team’s knowledge and understanding of roles, processes, and responsibilities to strengthen overall performance;
-   Serve as the first point of escalation for agent inquiries, customer concerns, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes;
-   Organize, lead, and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment, open communication, and collaboration across the team;
-   Actively listen to feedback from team members and customers, implementing improvements that drive efficiency and satisfaction;
-   Monitor and manage agent performance, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve continuous improvement and excellence;
-   Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training to ensure all team members are fully proficient in departmental procedures and standards.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in the Customer Service field and in team management;
-   Excellent communication skills in English;
-   Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
