We’re looking for a high-agency generalist who can help turn ideas into real businesses.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Do**

**1\. Venture Ideation & Validation**

-   Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
-   Conduct market research and structured analysis
-   Validate assumptions through experiments and prototypes

**2\. AI-First Product Development**

-   Draft PRDs, user flows, and early concepts
-   Rapidly prototype using AI and no-code tools
-   Work with UI/UX and engineering to bring products to production

**3\. Strategy & Business Modeling**

-   Build financial models and unit economics
-   Support go-to-market planning
-   Analyze performance and iterate quickly

**4\. Execution & Ownership**

-   Coordinate across teams
-   Drive projects forward with clarity and urgency
-   Take ownership from concept to launch

**Who We’re Looking For**

-   Core Qualities
-   Strong analytical and critical thinking
-   High ownership mindset
-   Comfortable operating in ambiguity
-   Proactive and resourceful
-   Clear communicator (written and verbal)

**Experience**

-   0-3 years in startups, consulting, venture, tech, or related fields
-   Experience building, shipping, or launching something (professional or personal)
-   Familiarity with AI tools and modern product workflows
-   Nice to Have (Not Required)
-   Startup or founder experience
-   Exposure to Web3 or emerging tech
-   Technical literacy (ability to understand product and systems thinking)
