**Sales Supervisor:**

\* Supervise daily sales activities.

\* Support and guide Sales Executives.

\* Monitor KPIs.

\* Develop new business opportunities.

\* Maintain customer relationships.

\* Submit sales reports to management.

\* Ensure achievement of sales targets.

## Requirements

\* Bachelor’s Degree is a must.

\* Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory.

\* Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services.

\* Ability to coach and motivate team members.

\* Experience leading a sales team.

\* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

\* Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

\* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

\* Alexandria residents only.
