## Description

Location:  
\- Tai Seng  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $2,500–$4,000  
  
Benefits:  
\- 5–20% performance-related pay (PRP) per month  
\- 2% medical pay per month  
\- Yearly salary increment  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Work closely with the Design Team to render detailed drawings.  
\- Provide space planning, design conceptualization, and specify materials and colour schemes based on clients' needs and preferences.  
\- Create technical drawings, including 2D and 3D drawings.  
\- Meet with clients to understand their objectives and needs.  
\- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.  
\- Required skills: AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.  
\- Creative with good knowledge of detail drawings.  
\- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in interior design or related fields.
