Job responsibilities:  
\- Supervise and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.  
\- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet project deadlines.  
\- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to optimize production processes.  
\- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance and compliance with safety protocols.  
\- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.  
\- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.  
\- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.  
\- Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.  
\- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.  
\- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.  
\- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.  
\- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees.  
\- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Proficiency in production management software and tools.  
\- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.  
\- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.  
\- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.  
\- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.  
\- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
