## Description

As the Machine Operator you would fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

_**Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 2:15pm - 12:45am**_

Operates machinery safely according to company policies

Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection

Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines

## Requirements

_To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:_

**Experience:** 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting

**Education:** High School Diploma

**Skills:** Ability to use measurement tools _**accurately**_, strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., Ability to read, write and speak in English

**Characteristics:** Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to work independently and as a member of a team

_**Pay Range: $22-25/hour**_
