## Description

Remote Floor Plan Annotation (LATAM)

Kaya by Chemin Sdn Bhd is looking for detail-oriented contributors based in Latin America to join an upcoming **Floor Plan Annotation Project**.

Contributors will review and correct **pre-labeled architectural floor plans** in Labelbox, identifying elements such as walls, doors, windows, rooms, openings, and stairs.

Project Details

-   **Location:** Remote – Latin America
-   **Project period:** September 2026
-   **Platform:** Labelbox
-   **Recommended availability:** 5–8 hours per day
-   **Target accuracy:** 95%
-   **Rate:** **USD 0.33–0.49 per approved floor plan**, depending on annotation volume
-   **Estimated AHT:** Approximately **1–1.5 hours per floor plan**

Handling time may vary depending on the complexity of each floor plan and may decrease as contributors become more familiar with the platform and guidelines.

The training will cover the project guidelines and how to use the **client’s annotation platform**.
