### 🏗️ Job Description: Civil Engineer – Product Development

We are seeking a **Civil Engineer** to join our product development team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on transforming ideas into reality, combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving. The Civil Engineer will play a key role in evaluating product strength, supporting design innovation, and ensuring structural integrity across new product lines.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Structural Analysis & Calculations**: Perform strength and stress calculations to ensure product safety, durability, and compliance with engineering standards.
-   **Product Design Support**: Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring innovative product concepts to life, from initial sketches to final production.
-   **Technical Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed cut sheets, technical drawings, and engineering reports.
-   **3D Modeling & CAD Work**: Develop and refine STEP files and other CAD models for manufacturing and prototyping.
-   **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, designers, and manufacturing teams to align engineering solutions with business goals.
-   **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, reduce costs, and optimize materials.
-   **Compliance & Standards**: Ensure all designs meet industry codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

### 🎓 Qualifications

### Education & Experience

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** (Master’s degree preferred).
-   Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility is an advantage.
-   2–5 years of experience in product design, structural analysis, or related engineering fields.

### Technical Skills

-   Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
-   Strong knowledge of structural mechanics, materials science, and load-bearing calculations.
-   Experience with creating STEP files and technical cut sheets.
-   Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.

### Soft Skills

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
