## Requirements

**Who are you?**

\- 3+ years experience in Project Management (ideally website experience at a marketing agency).

\- Looking to be a part of a growing company, seizing opportunity in the AI space & to participate in it's success.

\- Organised, on the ball and high energy.

\- Comfortable in taking responsibility for multiple tasks, prioritising - and using initiative to make sure they go well.

\- Enjoy building good internal & external relationships, and can speak persuasively.

\- Derive satisfaction, from doing a job really well - and making a clients day.

**Key Responsibilities?**

\- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

\- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

\- Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and our quality standards.

\- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.

\- Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to, while adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes.

\- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Vovi Studio’s quality standards and client specifications before final delivery.

\- Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks or issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.

\- Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including status reports, budget summaries, and post-project evaluations.
