## Description

Our client, a Global Healthcare and Crop Science Innovation company, is seeking Merchandisers to join their team. The Merchandisers will be responsible for producing sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
-   Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
-   Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
-   Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
-   Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
-   Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.

## Requirements

-   A full grade 12 certificate
-   Minimum Certificate in Agriculture from a recognized and approved institution.
-   Experience in merchandising or any related activity with farmers will be an added advantage.
-   Excellent time management skills
-   Attention to detail especially with numerical data
-   Sound Communication skills for Work Efficiency and effectiveness
