## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is currently hiring German-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators for positions based in Greece. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all user-generated content on various social media platforms adheres to community guidelines and standards, specifically for the German-speaking audience. Your work will be essential in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging online community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and review social media content in German to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.
-   Respond to user comments and messages professionally and promptly in German.
-   Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content following internal procedures.
-   Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and community engagement.
-   Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and moderation techniques.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in social media content moderation or community management is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective policies.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and objectively.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
-   Attention to detail and good judgment in decision-making.
-   Proficiency with social media management tools and basic computer skills.
