### Operations Manager – Zanesville, OH

**$18–$21/hour + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time**

We Staff Better is looking for a **driven, competitive Operations Manager** to lead our Zanesville location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of a team, clear goals, and the ability to directly impact business results.

**What you'll own:**

-   Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable
-   Drive weekly and monthly performance goals
-   Manage day-to-day operations and priorities
-   Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-   Interview, select, and onboard new employees
-   Solve problems quickly and keep the operation moving
-   Track results and adjust when the numbers aren't where they need to be
-   Help grow the location and its customer base

Management experience in **sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, operations, recruiting, or another fast-paced environment** is welcome. Industry experience is not required.
