## Description

Hatzi Filax Group, on behalf of its client, is looking for a **Finance Master Data & Controls Manager** to join their team.

The position reports to the CFO and we are looking for someone who can own data quality, migration accuracy, reconciliations and internal controls — before, during and after an ERP implementation.  
The position's main mandate will be to ensure data quality, migration accuracy, reconciliations, and internal controls before, during, and after ERP implementation.

**Indicative Responsibilities**

-   Own Finance data migration end-to-end
-   Lead cleansing and validation of master data
-   Define account mappings
-   Reconcile legacy system balances
-   Validate opening balances
-   Coordinate migration testing
-   Establish Finance controls in the new ERP
-   Support audit and compliance requirements
-   Monitor post-go-live data integrity

-   Customer & Vendor Master Data
-   Fixed Asset Registers
-   Intercompany Balances
-   Tax Codes
-   Banking Data
-   Historical Transactions

## Requirements

**Requirements:**  
The ideal candidate would possess:

-   6–10 years of experience in accounting or financial control
-   Strong reconciliation and audit background
-   ERP migration experience preferred
-   Advanced Excel/data analysis skills
-   A detail-oriented and control-focused mindset

**Nice to have**

-   Experience in the insurance or financial services sector
-   Exposure to large-scale ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
-   Experience supporting internal or external audit engagements
