Most solutions to today's hardest problems already exist — somewhere else, in another industry. A data-center sensor is exactly what a greenhouse grower needs. An aviation logistics model fixes a food cold-chain. **ReApplic8 finds those connections and makes them happen.**

We do it through **K8**, our AI voice agent and the linking pin between people, knowledge and ecosystems. K8 doesn't query a database — she has a real conversation, hears what someone is trying to build, and gets smarter with every call. **That conversation data is our moat.**

  
**Where we stand**

Two co-founders — **Erik (COO, BD, tech (now)) and Desh (CEO, vision, commercial)** — now building the third corner of the founding team. Live stack today: **Vapi + Twilio** (voice), **Supabase** (data), LLM orchestration across providers. We're validating direction in customer conversations right now — the mission and the re-application mechanic are fixed; the roadmap is co-created, including with you.

We start in Dutch horticulture, but the platform is sector-agnostic by design.

Traction is building through genuine interest from many ecosystem partners and companies such as: Yes!Delft, Delphy, Kas als Energiebron, Rabobank, Global Alliance for Horticulture regions, WUR, FME, Samenwerkingsverband Start-up Scale-up Zuid Holland, etc.

The ambition: **30,000 food-transition challenges connected to 300,000 solutions by 2030.**

  
**The role**

A hands-on CTO co-founder at the intersection of building and commercial thinking. Not pure engineering, not pure management. **You take over K8, write code daily, and own the technical architecture and product direction. As we grow you will build and manage the developer team as well.**

What we are today: **we don't train models (yet) — we orchestrate AI agents on top of commercial LLMs.** The craft is agent design, prompt/context engineering, RAG, and making voice-first AI reliable in production. Not ML research.

  
Your first job is focused: ship a version of K8 that works and feels good, in real users' hands.

Then architect to grow into a platform:

-   **Multi-tenant by design —** isolated, access-controlled company knowledge layers.
-   **Secure external-DB connections —** organisations link private knowledge via encrypted APIs. GDPR-compliant, zero data leakage. Getting this demonstrably right is what unlocks enterprise.
-   **White-label ready —** from “Powered by K8” to fully white-labeled, and eventually custom AI personas organisations own. Early architecture decides feature vs. rebuild.
-   **Voice-first economics —** voice minutes cost real money; metering, session limits and conversion triggers are product features, not afterthoughts.

Later phase: a system that learns from every conversation. Don't build it day one — but architect so the door stays open. **The roadmap is a direction, not a spec** — you'll be in the customer conversations that shape it, and you'll help decide what we build, in which order.  

Success in the first 6 months for us is shipping a version of K8 that works and inspires, feels good and shows user the potential of what we are building. The architecture of multi-tenant design is set and the first business customers are connected to our platform including a company knowledge layer.

## Requirements

**What we're looking for**

-   Proven track record shipping digital products — AI apps, SaaS, or marketplaces. We care what you've shipped, not your credentials.
-   Hands-on LLM product experience: agent orchestration, RAG and vector search, prompt/context engineering, OpenAI/Anthropic. Voice agents (Vapi, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Cartesia) a bonus.
-   Strong judgment in platform architecture, backend (TypeScript/Node or similar), and multi-tenant data design. Secure third-party integration, GDPR, or white-label experience a strong plus.
-   Concept → MVP → scalable platform, including the unglamorous parts: evals, reliability, CI/CD, unit economics.
-   Fluent in AI-native dev workflows — you ship faster with AI coding agents and expect your future team to.
-   Reads the business context yourself. Comfortable when assumptions still need validating and priorities shift fast.
-   Founder-minded, mission-driven, in it for the long-term upside. Netherlands-based preferred — we value meeting in person.
