## Description

SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a dedicated and organized

**Rooms Coordinator**

for Porto Carras Resort.

The Rooms Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the rooms division to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

-   Coordinate room assignments and reservations to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
-   Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to maintain room quality and readiness.
-   Manage room inventory and ensure efficient communication across departments.
-   Handle guest requests and resolve any room-related issues promptly.
-   Assist in training and supervising rooms division staff as needed.
-   Maintain accurate records and reports relating to room status and availability.

Qualifications:

-   Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
-   Previous experience in a rooms coordination or front office role within the hospitality industry.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficiency with hotel management software systems.
-   Customer-oriented mindset and ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
-   Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
-   PMS knowledge ( Protel)
