Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 Base Salary + Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $125,000

Travel: Frequent Travel Throughout Canada

POSITION SUMMARY

CSN Collision is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to support strategic growth initiatives across Canada.

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and advancing opportunities that contribute to network expansion, franchise development, acquisition activity, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with collision repair facility owners, industry stakeholders, insurers, and business partners while helping move opportunities from initial engagement through implementation.

The ideal candidate has experience within the collision repair, automotive, insurance, franchise, or multi-location service industries and is comfortable working independently while managing a national territory.

Network Development & Market Expansion

• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow and strengthen the CSN Collision network across Canada.

• Develop relationships with collision repair facility owners and industry decision-makers.

• Evaluate prospective locations and business opportunities against strategic growth objectives.

• Guide prospects through the qualification, evaluation, onboarding, and implementation process.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Growth

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, fleet providers, vendors, and industry partners.

• Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue and value for the CSN network.

• Support the development of proposals, presentations, business cases, and partnership agreements.

• Represent CSN at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions.

• Promote network programs and initiatives that increase participation and business performance.

Acquisition & Growth Initiatives

• Support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.

• Gather market intelligence and business information to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the evaluation process.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling commercially sensitive information.

Relationship Management & Collaboration

• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

• Provide regular updates, reporting, and market insights to leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and consistent partner experience.

• Act as a brand ambassador for CSN Collision throughout the Canadian market.

• Participate in additional business development initiatives as required.

## Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, franchise development, territory management, or partnership development.

• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and generate business opportunities.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a national territory.

• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel extensively throughout Canada.

Preferred

• Experience in the collision repair industry, automotive aftermarket, insurance industry, dealership operations, franchising, or multi-location service businesses.

• Existing relationships within the collision repair or insurance sectors.

• Experience working with collision centre owners, operators, insurers, DRP programs, vendors, or strategic partners.

• Experience supporting franchise growth, network expansion, acquisitions, or multi-location operations.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities.

## Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $75,000.
