As a Real Estate Capital Market’s Associate, you will support our financing and investment strategies for high-rise residential projects from initial analysis through deal closing, ensuring they are capitalized on schedule, within investment parameters, and to our exacting return standards. You will serve as a key point of contact for financial operations, coordinating closely with lenders, equity partners, executive leadership, and investment brokers to drive the successful funding and financial structuring of our large-scale multifamily developments.
