## Description

NiaHealth is looking for a **Client Coordinator** to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote-first role in Canada at the intersection of **sales and customer experience**.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, owning inbound sales conversations across phone, SMS, email, and social media—from answering questions and explaining NiaHealth’s services through to closing. You’ll also support existing clients, helping coordinate orders, lab requisitions, invoicing, fulfillment, and other needs to deliver a responsive, white-glove experience.

We’re looking for someone with **1–2 years of customer service, CX, account management, or sales experience** who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable selling, and able to take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment. **Fluency in English is required, while French or bilingual English/French capabilities are considered a strong asset.**

**Compensation:** $50,000–$65,000 CAD
**Schedule:** Full-time, remote-first
**Benefits:** HSA up to $2,000/year

## Requirements

- **Based in Canada** (required for PHI compliance).
- **1–2 years of experience** in customer service, customer experience, account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Internships count.
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills**, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients.
- **Comfort with sales**, including pitching services, following up with prospective clients, and closing.
- Proven ability to **manage competing priorities** with strong attention to detail, resilience, and independence.
- **High agency and adaptability** — comfortable taking ownership, solving problems, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- **English fluency required. French or bilingual English/French capabilities are a strong asset, but not required.**
- Willingness to take on both high-impact work and the less glamorous day-to-day tasks required to deliver an exceptional client experience.

**Bonus:** Previous BDR or account management experience, client-facing healthcare or technology experience, startup experience, or familiarity with tools such as Intercom, Google Sheets, and Zapier.

## Benefits

**Compensation:** $50,000–$65,000 CAD
**Schedule:** Full-time, remote-first
**Benefits:** HSA up to $2,000/year
