## Description

**TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯**

-   Interpret engineering documents and conduct technical investigations.
-   Analyze each situation and develop the most cost-effective solution (disposition/repair) in a timely manner.
-   Understand and solve problems related to structure and provide technical support in answering Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised by Quality Agents.
-   Ensure the conformity of repair schemes and dispositions with engineering requirements and specifications.
-   Support daily production and delivery activities.
-   Participate in projects that will increase our productivity, reduce waste and improve our financial performance.
-   Work closely with other teams such as Systems, Stress, Thermodynamic, Material & Processes, Propulsion, Environmental Control Systems, Logistics, Methods, Quality and Operations to achieve the organization’s business objectives.
-   Assist in training of junior Liaison Engineering personnel if required.

## Requirements

**YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS💎**

-   Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university.
-   Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) environment with primary structure repairs.
-   Experience with Boeing aircraft models; if you have worked on the 737, 787, or 777 models (an asset).
-   A desire and/or capability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after a period of on-the-job training.
-   A deep understanding with metallic and composite aircraft structures.
-   Experience dispositioning non-conformances in aerospace.
-   Be a team player with a collaborative approach.
-   Flexible and comfortable working under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
-   Sound technical judgement and a practical approach.
-   Catia V5 experience.
-   Ability to work full-time on-site in Wichita (mandatory).
-   Must have U.S. citizenship (mandatory).
