**About the Company**  
Our client is a dynamic organization serving multiple sectors with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence. They are looking for a skilled **Finance Manager** to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support business decisions across departments, especially sales.

**Role Overview**  
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in **budgeting, financial forecasting, and quota management**. This role works closely with the **Sales team and leadership** to ensure that revenue targets, sales quotas, and spending plans align with the company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has strong experience bridging finance and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare and manage **departmental budgets**, including sales, marketing, and operational expenses.
-   Collaborate with Sales Managers to **set sales quotas** based on financial forecasts and historical data.
-   Provide **financial analysis and insights** to guide decision-making for business growth.
-   Monitor **budget vs. actual performance** and report variances to management.
-   Conduct **revenue forecasting, cash flow analysis, and profitability assessments**.
-   Support leadership in **strategic planning, pricing strategies, and investment decisions**.
-   Develop and maintain **financial models and reporting tools** for sales and other departments.
-   Ensure **compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulations**.
-   Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders as required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, or related field**; MBA or CPA preferred.
-   5+ years of experience in **finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis**.
-   Strong understanding of **budgeting, forecasting, quota setting, and financial modeling**.
-   Experience working closely with **Sales teams and operational departments**.
-   Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-   Proficiency in **financial software, Excel, and reporting tools**.
-   Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide actionable financial insights.
