## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Bulgarian Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package! As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in Bulgarian to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Bulgarian, ensuring adherence to community standards.
-   Classify and assess content accurately based on company policies and guidelines.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to relevant teams.
-   Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to support and improve moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation procedures and maintain high quality standards.
-   Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Bulgarian (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being a team player.
