Job Description: Outdoor Sales Manager

**Job Purpose**

The **Outdoor Sales Manager** will drive field sales growth, expand corporate partnerships, and manage B2B dealer networks for Sealy’s premium sleep systems and Posturepedic technology across the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Market Expansion:** Identify and secure new outdoor commercial accounts, including premium retail showrooms, interior designers, and hospitality projects.
-   **Dealer Network Management:** Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and retail partners to maximize shelf space and brand visibility.
-   **Product Education:** Conduct technical product training for retail staff on Sealy's sleep technologies, ergonomics, and material benefits.
-   **Sales Pipeline Management:** Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and cold-calling to final contract negotiations and after-sales service.
-   **Market Intelligence:** Monitor local mattress and bedding industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to provide strategic feedback to leadership.

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications & Experience**

-   **Education:** **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-   **Experience:** Minimum of **8 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience**, with a dedicated background in the **mattresses, bedding, or premium home furnishings** sectors.
-   **Residency:** Currently **residing in the UAE** with a deep understanding of the local retail and corporate landscape.
-   **Nationality:** Open exclusively to **Jordanian, Lebanese, or Egyptian** nationals (as per regional team expansion requirements).
-   **Licensing:** Must possess a valid **UAE Driving License** (essential for daily outdoor client visits).
