📌 **What You’ll Be Doing**  
• Provide technical **support and onboarding** assistance to customers.  
• Troubleshoot platform, **integration**, and **API-related issues** and ensure systematic follow-up until resolution.  
• **Monitor system behavior** and proactively identify potential problems before they impact customers.  
• Perform root cause analysis **using logs**, **monitoring tools, SQL queries,** and technical investigation methods.  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to **escalate issues, test fixes, and improve system** reliability.  
• Document **incidents, solutions, and technical guides** to strengthen internal knowledge base.  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of **support processes and customer technical experience.**

## Requirements

🎓 **What We’re Looking For**  
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.  
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or support engineering for a software product or application.  
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish.  
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.  
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting.  
• Experience using monitoring/logging tools such as Grafana.  
• Solid understanding of APIs and experience with API testing tools such as Postman.  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.  
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
