This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and seeking to work with a leading company in a dynamic sector.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and general information concerning the Food & Beverage offerings.
-   Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
-   Document all customer interactions precisely and provide regular reports on customer feedback and issues.
-   Support marketing initiatives by gathering and reporting customer insights.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
-   Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
-   Ability to troubleshoot issues and offer tailored solutions to customers.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Passion for food and beverage and a desire to enhance customer experiences.
