## Description

**M&E Quantity Surveyor**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for M&E projects.
-   Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement of mechanical and electrical works.
-   Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate costs.
-   Prepare tender documentation and evaluate tenders.
-   Monitor project progress and report on cost variations and risks.
-   Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
-   Support project teams with cost control and financial reporting.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within the mechanical and electrical services industry.
-   Strong knowledge of M&E cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-   Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying, construction management, or related fields.
-   Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
