## Description

$300-330 daily fee. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Monday to Friday assignments.

The Role  
**This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.  
**  
As a Fullmind School Counselor, you will:**

-   Deliver virtual school counselor services that support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth
-   Complete evaluations, assessments, and reports
-   Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations

-   Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require when required
-   Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress
-   Promptly notify campus and district contacts when a student misses a session, and immediately notify them of threats or safety concerns.

## Requirements

-   Must have an active **Arizona School Counselor certificate.**
-   Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
-   Experience with virtual platforms for assessment and virtual delivery in a school/IEP context
-   Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
-   Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
-   Must be authorized to work in the United States
