## Description

To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an **IT Support Officer  
****In This Role, You Will  
**

-   Provide technical troubleshooting for user issues, supporting business-critical software.
-   Be Technical user support on company’s sites.
-   Managing technical requests via ticketing system.
-   Escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels (Second Level Support).
-   Handling Software installation/upgrades/maintenance (MS Office, MS Windows, Mac OS, email, etc.), troubleshooting on Windows, Mac OS, VPN.
-   Preparing and Configuring the IT equipment.
-   Managing\\supporting meeting conferences.
-   On-site support (desktop and mobile phones, printers, etc.).
-   Flexibility to Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.  
    

**Your Qualifications  
**

-   BSc in Computer Science or a related field degree.
-   Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
-   Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365.
-   Basic knowledge of Networking ( LAN/WiFi networks).
-   Good knowledge of computer hardware.
-   Technology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools.
-   Experience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications.
-   Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents.
-   Bonus points for experience in Sharepoint / OneDrive.
-   Communicating effectively in both written and spoken Greek and English.
-   Prioritizing teamwork and value collective success over individual achievement
