## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

A full-time remote opportunity is open for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in New York. This role involves providing virtual therapy, assessing client needs, documenting care, and supporting clients as they work through mental health concerns and daily life challenges. The position is designed for an LCSW who brings sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and a steady approach to remote client care.

**Location:** New York  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide remote therapy sessions through a secure online platform
-   Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment goals
-   Support clients with emotional, behavioral, social, and mental health concerns
-   Complete progress notes, treatment updates, and required documentation
-   Maintain compliance with telehealth, privacy, and clinical practice standards
-   Adjust treatment approaches based on client response and clinical presentation
-   Manage scheduling, session preparation, and follow-up tasks professionally

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active New York LCSW license in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
-   Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
