## Description

Ontime Group is urgently seeking a qualified Arabic-speaking Architect/Facility Planner to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning efficient facility layouts while communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Collaborate with clients to understand their facility planning and architectural needs, with strong emphasis on Arabic communication.
-   Prepare detailed architectural and facility layout designs using industry-standard software.
-   Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
-   Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
-   Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
-   Provide clear and effective presentations and reports in Arabic and English.
-   Stay current with design trends, building technologies, and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
-   Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
-   Proven experience in facility planning and architectural design.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
-   Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
-   Ability to work under pressure and join immediately.
-   Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
-   Portfolio demonstrating prior facility planning and architectural projects.
