We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused **Account & Client Coordinator** to support the administration of Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and COBRA programs while delivering exceptional client service and operational support.

This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, processing benefit-related transactions, supporting COBRA administration, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, carriers, internal teams, and healthcare participants to ensure efficient and accurate benefits administration.

### **What Is Your Mission?**

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

-   Building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with clients and providing ongoing support for HRA, HSA, FSA, and COBRA programs
-   Identifying, documenting, and reporting issues and opportunities for process and procedural improvements
-   Developing, maintaining, and updating documentation related to Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services and operational workflows
-   Ensuring participant bank accounts are established accurately and benefit cards are distributed in a timely manner
-   Processing Health Savings Account (HSA) payroll contributions
-   Reviewing and processing Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) claims
-   Notifying insurance carriers regarding COBRA elections and terminations, verifying completion, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
-   Updating COBRA renewal rates and ensuring timely administration of coverage changes
-   Setting up new COBRA groups and maintaining group records
-   Ensuring eligible healthcare participants receive required COBRA notifications and disclosures
-   Providing timely notices regarding COBRA eligibility, enrollment, coverage duration, and payment requirements following qualifying events
-   Resolving client concerns, service issues, and escalations while enhancing the overall customer experience
-   Maintaining quality standards and supporting monthly audit requirements
-   Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions as needed
-   Staying informed about industry regulations, healthcare compliance requirements, and best practices related to U.S. healthcare and TPA services
-   Supporting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
-   Performing special projects and additional duties as assigned

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in any field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
-   Minimum of **2 years of experience** supporting U.S. health insurance, customer service, COBRA administration, HRA, HSA, FSA, ERISA, or related healthcare benefits functions preferred
-   Minimum of **3 years of BPO or Call Center industry experience**
-   Experience supporting healthcare administration, benefits administration, or third-party administrator (TPA) services is highly preferred
-   Proficiency in:

-   Microsoft Word
-   Microsoft Excel
-   Microsoft Teams
-   Microsoft Outlook

-   Experience handling confidential and sensitive client information
