**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Culture to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**What You Will Do**

-   Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.
-   Support HR in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
-   Coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
-   Help maintain HR communication channels, ensuring employees are informed about engagement activities.
-   Assist in the organization of onboarding programs to enhance new employee experiences.
-   Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity across the organization.

**What We Need**

-   Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
-   Strong organizational and time management skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-   Proficiency in Google Workspace
-   Keen attention to detail
-   Proactive and willing to take initiative
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-   Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
-   Must be based in the Philippines
