**SUMMARY**  
Air contracts function is to build strong, long-term partnerships with airlines. We secure the flight space and prices we need, ensure our shipments arrive on time, and manage risk if something goes wrong. Ultimately, these contracts help our business run efficiently, enter new markets, and stay ahead of the competition.

A DAY IN LIFE**

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours as an Air Contract intern should involve you having to :

-   Produce contract documentation and change control and ensure timely signatures by authorised personnel
-   Collate contract document and proactively gather and process relevant data for effective contract management
-   Effective communicate with service providers on administrative matters
-   Assist with service reviews and actively follow issues through until satisfactory resolution
-   Monitor supplier’s performance against SLAs in relevant contracts
-   Participate in projects as required
-   Act as a back-up to other team members during absence / leave etc.
-   Attend relevant meetings as required

## Requirements

-   Can speak and write English to an advanced degree
-   Ability to analyze problems and provide provide simple outcome report 

-   Displays confidence in public settings, and in front of an audience
-   Fast thinker and adapt quickly to new environment
-   Displays high attention to detail 
-   Has strong values and integrity
-   Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

-   A natural communicator who comfortable at connecting with people 
-   Able to communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultures. 
-   Trustworthy and reliable, and has references to back that up

**Qualifications & Experience** 

-   Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Law, Business, or Economics). 
-   Active participation in volunteer programs or student organizations, demonstrating initiative, networking skills, and practical experience.
