### Responsibilities

-   Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email in Italian, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
-   Assist customers with order-related questions, account issues, and general support needs.
-   Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Document all email interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and future reference.
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and continuity.
-   Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to support processes.
-   Stay informed about the latest product updates and company policies to deliver accurate information to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in email support or customer service roles is highly desirable.
-   Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus.
-   Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
