### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding support to Polish-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
-   Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
-   Gather and analyze feedback from players to inform enhancements in our gaming services and products.
-   Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
-   Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving.
-   Contribute to the development and implementation of effective player support strategies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
-   Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging with players effectively.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing player issues.
-   A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
