## Description

The position is composed of 2 roles. Real Estate Mortgage (REM) loan officer and Branch Manager focused on deposit generation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-   At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry.
-   Open to candidate with extensive experience in branch banking operations.
-   Experience in fieldwork, new client, and client management is required.
-   Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
-   Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig, Dasma, and Trece Martires.
