As a CS agent, you will be responsible to provide enhanced customer services:

Responsibilities

-   Assist our members' queries via live chat, email, and phone
-   Provide information about the product
-   Manage complaints and follow up internally
-   Ensure customer satisfaction

## Requirements

-   Full professional proficiency in Greek and English, oral and written
-   Excellent Computer Skills
-   Ability to work on-site, 24/7 rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
