## Description

Bnberry is at the forefront of the hospitality-tech industry, connecting hotels with major short-term rental platforms. We are currently searching for a dedicated **Hospitality Listing Specialist** to facilitate the onboarding process for new hotel partners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients' listings are accurately represented and optimized for maximum visibility and bookings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Guide new hotel clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
-   Collect and verify key information regarding hotel properties, amenities, and unique selling points.
-   Create and optimize listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, photos, and pricing.
-   Provide training and support to hotel staff regarding best practices for managing listings and engaging with guests.
-   Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
-   Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance listing visibility and drive bookings.
-   Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve our onboarding processes.
-   English proficiency is mandatory.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-   1-3 years of experience in hospitality, onboarding, or a similar role.
-   Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and short-term rental platforms.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
-   Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Proficient in using CRM software and data analytics tools.
-   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
-   Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
