## Description

**OBJECTIVE**

City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, gregarious, and confident with a glowing personality that translates well over the phone. This position offers a salary plus bonus opportunities and extensive sales training to foster career growth.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

-   Develop new business opportunities through phone-based sales efforts with outside territory sales management.
-   Utilize sales automation tools to manage leads and track progress.
-   Maintain professional and positive communication with prospects and customers.
-   Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
-   Collaborate with team members and management to support company objectives.
-   Obtain at least 5 qualified building surveys monthly.

## Requirements

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

-   Minimal prior sales experience required.
-   Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
-   Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
-   Reliable transportation required.
-   Strong motivation and “can-do” attitude.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**

-   Primarily outside territory sales management with office-based element.

**ENVIRONMENT**

-   Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed
-   Office environment with typical noise levels.
-   Travel within territory on a weekly basis.
