At AI-Blox, we’re building the infrastructure layer for physical AI applications. Our technology powers the next generation of AI-driven products in robotics, autonomous systems, industrial automation, smart cities, and beyond.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a **Growth Marketing Manager** who can transform complex technology into compelling stories, engaging content, and measurable prospect engagement. You'll work closely with our engineers, founders, customers, and partners to help position AI-Blox as a leading player in the Physical AI ecosystem.

### Your Mission

🚀 You’ll make impact in various ways:

**ABM Leadership & execution**

-   Build, manage & execute enterprise campaigns that integrate ABM, partner co-marketing, events, and outbound plays. You’ll be a tandem with sales to work on account tiering, ICP mapping and engagement flows
-   Build multi-touch, multi-channel ABM programs aligned to buyer journeys, including digital ads, workflows, landing pages, owned social, event strategies and third-party initiatives
-   Build reusable assets (one-pagers, product documentation, use cases) that power ABM, outbound, and partner motions
-   Build and optimize journeys informed by account signals, intent data, and behavioral insights
-   Define AI-Blox’s messaging framework, and provide input for creatives
-   Support trade shows, conferences & industry events
-   Help strengthen AI-Blox’s employer brand by showcasing our culture, people & technology

**CRM & Marketing systems ownership**

-   Ensure the CRM is a clean, reliable source of truth for the business
-   Partner closely with RevOps to improve systems, workflows, and data integrity
-   Continuously monitor intent signals, engagement data, and behavioral patterns to refine and optimize lead and account scoring mechanisms
-   Build and maintain a robust reporting framework across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages

## Requirements

🧩 What makes you a great fit:

-   3-6 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, or a similar B2B technology-focused role
-   AI-fluent across your workflow - you use ChatGPT, Claude, and the like to research accounts, surface signals, draft campaigns, and ship faster
-   Deep, hands-on (not managing an agency) experience with modern GTM tools:

-   CRM & Sales Intelligence: Attio
-   Ads & ABM: LinkedIn Ads
-   Data & prospecting: Clay, ZoomInfo
-   Outbound tools: Instantly, Hey Reach
-   Design: Canva (or others)

-   Must be based in Brussels (3d / week onsite)
-   Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
-   Fascination for AI, robotics, hardware, semiconductors, embedded systems, or industrial technology is a plus
-   Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English
