In addition to your clinical role, this position offers the opportunity to take on clinical mentorship responsibilities, supporting the development of newer clinicians across Axis locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering exceptional, evidence-informed physiotherapy care - Developing meaningful relationships with clients and establishing treatment goals - Educating clients and empowering them throughout their recovery - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team - Participating in mentorship, team development, and community initiatives - Mentoring newer clinicians across multiple Axis locations - Supporting the onboarding and clinical development of new team members - Contributing to the continued development of Axis's clinical culture and standards ### Clinical Mentorship Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician who wants to do more than treat. As a clinical mentor, you'll have the opportunity to support newer Physiotherapists across multiple Axis locations through mentorship, clinical discussions, onboarding, and professional development. Mentorship responsibilities come with additional hourly compensation.
